We were very pleased with the condition of the hotel. It is an older hotel, but it was very clean and the service was great. It was a great place to stay and easy on the pocket book!!!

Great rate for a nice clean room. This way you can spend money either on dining or doing attractions. This motel is older, but you couldn't ask for a more clean room. The staff here was super friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Loved that this motel is pet-friendly, it means so much to us to have our "other children" with us

Chose this motel at the last moment without any checking into it and was so leary. It was the best thing I'd done the entire trip. the room was nice, comfortable and the location was perfect. personnel was very curteous. Yes, I would recommend it and stay there again.

Checking in was a breeze. The lady behind the counter had all my paperwork ready when we arrived. After seeing how clean the lobby was I should not have been suprised as to how clean and neat my room was. I had a non-smoking room which really smelled like it had truly been a non-smoking room. The bathroom, the fridge and the microwave were all clean as well. The room did not have an overpowering smell of false clean, it was just clean. Even laying in the bed, I could smell the clean of the laundry. The manager was just as pleasant as anyone could as someone to be. Towels were plenty and not scratchy. I did not try the pool. Very impressive.

Stay here. A family friendly place where a family can afford to stay. This is the type of motel you want to go back to because everyone is so nice and helpful! Parking was a breeze, Bed and Pillows was very Comfy. The housekeeping staff was very thorough everything was spiffy clean, and I'm a neat freak so I notice it all. The motel was relatively inexpensive and a Great Location for us to go to the outlet malls in Pigeon Forge and to Ripleys Attractions and Restaurants in Gatlinburg it really was relaxing just laying by the pool in our downtime. All I can Say is GIVE them a Try, I know you'll be like us-- Back Again!

Room was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Comfortable bed and rooms were very large as compared to other hotels in the area.

We stayed as part of my husband's company's employee picnic, etc. We hadn't stayed there before and I was leery about the great price. I shouldn't have been. The rooms were very large and clean. The beds CLEAN and extremely comfortable. The pool was "off the road" and enclosed by a lattice fence. The front desk clerk was extremely nice!

This Hotel is GREAT AND VERY FAMILY ORIENTED, George and all the hotel staff took good care of us during our stay over the past week. GREAT LARGE ROOMS WITH VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND GOOD WORKING AIR CONDITIONERS and a good pool, alot nicer than most high priced hotels, great deal and perfect service from all the employees. Would highly recommend.

I just stayed at the Green Valley Motel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and I was fairly satisfied with the stay. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The room was clean. The service was great. They even had good toilet paper and extra toothpaste. The only small problems at Green Valley is the low water pressure.

Stayed at Green Valley last week for 5 nights. It was a return visit for us....we used them in the past because they were pet friendly. They no longer are (which was really bad news for us) but on this visit we were not bringing our doggie, so, that was fine. We find the staff friendly at all times and... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Valley Motel during our trip to Pigeon Forge. The management and staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms were especially convenient because we had other members of our family with us as well as several children. The kids loved the pool area!!

Green Valley has always been a family oriented hotel. We have stayed there over the past few years and we have always had a wonderful time while in Pigeon Forge. The ones who run the hotel are so friendly, easy to relate to. They are so helpful in every way. I highly recommend them to all families; especially families with.
